One of the biggest drawbacks of a long-distance relationship (besides the obvious ones) is to not have the ability to hold your partner's hand in support. It's something I've struggled with for months, as I'm sure my Daddy has also. For me, today, it's a huge struggle.
More than anything in the world, I wish I was with him today. Holding his hand, supporting him as his girl, his lover, his partner and his best friend.
As I swallow this lump in my throat, I hope he feels me with him.
I love you, Daddy.
